(Note: AdSense options for feeds not available at this time.) If you choose to activate this service, you can run a 300x250 or 468x60 text or image AdSense ad on your blog. The ad will appear below the first item on your site and archive pages once you have installed the necessary code. Ad content is automatically targeted to complement your site and you will earn revenue each time visitors click on ads. You can even customize the colors (or use a saved color palette from your AdSense account) so the ad unit fits your site’s look and feel. Check out these 300x250 examples below.

You don’t have to be part of Feedburner’s ad network to put these ads on your site, but be sure to review Google’s policies for participating to make sure your site’s content is eligible, as these ads are subject to AdSense terms and conditions. How to Ping a Website???

If you are having problems resolving your website, you can ping it to see if it is a problem with your server, or if there is a problem somewhere in the internet as the connection travels from your computer’s internet access through to the domain in question.

Here is how to Ping

1. From the desktop, click start


2. Select Run


3. In the Run box, type command


4. Click OK


5. The DOS window will pop up. At the C:’WINDOWS> prompt type ping www.yourdomainname.com and press enter.


6. You will see some results pass through the screen.


7. It will tell you if there were any packets lost in the transfer (0% loss is what you want to see).


8. It will also tell you the average speed, in milliseconds.


9. To close the DOS window, type exit at the C:’WINDOWS> prompt and press enter.
